About me
A multi-potential professional with more than 13+ years of combined experience in Teaching, Training, Material development, business development, human resources, learning & e-learning.

I am currently serving as the Adjunct Professor of Bangladesh university of Textiles (BUTEX) and also as the CEO of WINGS Learning Centre, a Premium language & Training institute and a business venture of Sheba Group Ltd. with other sister concerns like, Sheba Phone, Queebe, Paprika restaurant & coffee beans & tea leafs, Priyanka community centre & Sheba Kunja, Sheba radio etc.

I always bring with me a passion for teaching-coaching–mentoring believing that everyone has their own strengths and deserves a chance to excel. I'm about to start the ‘year fourteen’ of my teaching/ training career. Thirteen years back I used to enter the classroom with one single purpose. And that is to teach specific skills and contents to the learners according to a curriculum. However today, as an aspiring educator, I try to exceed that boundary. I want to coach the individuals to become what is essential — to develop into human beings who are fully alive. I believe in an integrative approach to teaching/ training in which learners are guided towards self-discovery and integration of what they have learnt into their lives. My teaching does not finish when I give learners the information. Information and content can be taken from many sources, but the ability to dream, to grow, to go out of the box, to think, reason and criticize are the aspects I want the learners to focus on in my sessions. These values have developed as I have grown as a teacher, trainer & mentor and are the focus of my personal-professional living philosophy.

Providing a training course is much like providing a public performance. People in your course will be looking at you more than anything or anyone else during the course. Your every move will be scrutinised by your delegates. Everything you do has a meaning for them. Delegates will be particularly o...

"Dua Korben" When some people hear it, they think it's just a term of courtesy. But the people who mean it and say it, the value of prayers is a lot to them. When people expect 'dua', they don't always think of the other person sitting on a prayer mat and pleading to the Almighty for you. Some...
